Upper Cumberland Women's Club Luncheon

The Upper Cumberland Women’s Club Luncheon will be held at Wildwood on October 18th at 12 noon. This event is open to all women of the Upper Cumberland and includes lunch with guest speaker, Casey Clark-Jackson from Habitat for Humanity.

• Salt Lick Sandwich
Balsamic marinated Portobello mushroom grilled and chopped with roasted red peppers, spinach, Swiss cheese and mayo on a brioche bun

• Cordell Hull BLT
Fried green tomatoes, lettuce, honey cured bacon with roasted red pepper aioli on toasted sourdough

• Bloomington Springs Chicken Salad
A generous scoop of our blackberry chicken salad served on a bed of mixed greens topped with candied walnuts and Chef’s blackberry vinaigrette

11:15AM and 1:30PM WILDWOOD RESORT AND MARINA TOURS:
Owner, Natasha Deane, will be providing a 40-45 minute tour of the beautiful Wildwood Resort & Marina’s facility, marina, cabins and Airstream Village before and after the luncheon.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Casey Clark-Jackson serves as Director of Development for Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity. Through this position she advocates for affordable housing, raising funds to build hope in the lives of families living and working in the Upper Cumberland. She attended Tennessee Tech University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work and served as Chapter President of Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society.

Casey currently lives in Jackson County, a rural area full of big dreams. Hoping to stimulate growth in the area, Casey and her husband opened Haven on Hull, a coffee shop in downtown Gainesboro, in April of 2022. In July of 2022, they opened Tech-Realms Media, a print shop located next door to Haven on Hull.

Casey currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Share to Care Foundation and is a Highlands Leader with the Highlands Economic Partnership. She previously served on the Board of Directors for This is Living Ministries.
